History
Big Island Package Homes opened it's doors in 1981, addressing a glut of options and designs available
to the public.
The first model offered, the model 1232, was a big hit, offering pre-painted metal roofing,
anodized windows, gable windows, and vaulted ceilings among others. Amazingly these options were not available
at the time through other vendors.
